The latest update of our app includes:
- An improved Charging Card;
- A new feature - Charging Summary.
Improved Charging Card
A Charging Card is a window displaying all data about the ongoing charging session and its result. We have updated the design with all important data now available on the user's screen.
What data can be found in the Charging Card?
- A user-friendly navigation with a step-by-step charging guide;
- Complete charging session data: location name and address, charging power, connector number and type, reservation time, navigation;
- A possibility to edit a current reservation up to 7 days in advance inclusively;
- Real-time charging process data: charging duration, progress, etc.;
- Important push notifications (notification-reminder about a reserved charging session, number of kilowatt-hours consumed, etc.);
- Dialog boxes with our mascot El Tensli;
- End screen with a brief description of the charging session: battery charge as a percentage, the number of kilowatt-hours consumed, the charging duration and cost.
A New Feature Charging Summary
It is a new window that complements the charging card. It contains key data about the completed charging session.
- Start and end time of each charging session;
- A battery charge as a percentage before and after charging;
- Amount of energy consumed and money spent;
- Charging time and downtime;
- A possibility to quickly reserve the same location and the same connector;
- Charge speed graphs with peak and average power data;
- The link to the information article regarding the reasons for possible limitations of the maximum current consumption.
Basically, the Charging Summary supplements the Charging Card. Thus, the user gets the complete information about the reservation, its start and results, the possibility to quickly review the charging session history and re-book the same station. This is a comprehensive approach explaining all the EV charging details and significantly simplifying the use of the charging stations.
Several other updates of our app are coming soon. For example, EV drivers will have an opportunity to share feedback after each charging session — the respective window will be available on the end screen or in the "Charging Summary" window.
