What Is the GO TO-U Back Office?
The GO TO-U Back Office is an intelligent real-time management system for your EV charging infrastructure. It allows you to:
- Monitor charger status in real time
- Identify users and their vehicles
- Control access and pricing
- Manage reservations — create, edit, confirm, start, or stop sessions (with user confirmation), including technical reservations during maintenance or power outages
- Track total energy delivered (kWh)
- Review the full reservation history
- Generate and share reports with partners or stakeholders
- View generated revenue broken down by different payment methods
What’s New — Charging Session Graphs
The latest update introduces interactive graphs that appear right after each charging session is completed. Depending on the station’s technical capabilities, these graphs display key metrics such as:
- Power offered by the charger
- Power requested by the vehicle
- Current and voltage
- Connector temperature
- State of charge (%) at any moment during the session
*Note: The completeness of available data depends on your charging hardware.
These visuals help operators easily track the dynamics of a charging session, identify power fluctuations, and analyze key performance indicators.

What Problem Does This Update Solve?
You can now quickly find answers to common questions like:
- How much power did the charger actually offer to a specific vehicle?
- Why did the output power drop at a certain moment?
Operators can independently analyze these metrics and observe how energy consumption changes as the battery nears full charge — or when other vehicles connect or disconnect. This makes station management more transparent, data-driven, and efficient.
