We continually work to enhance our solutions, and we're excited to announce a significant update that has transformed the location screen in the app, making it more user-friendly and informative.

The location screen in the GO TO-U app now includes the "Location," "Connectors," and "Reviews" sections. The "Location" tab has undergone major changes. It features a modern design, a new interface with more valuable information, and enhanced functionality. Our goal is to significantly improve the user experience for electric vehicle owners!
Location Photos
Location photos are now displayed in a new way in the GO TO-U app. Each photo can be expanded to full screen and quickly minimized. This feature allows EV drivers to familiarize themselves with the location in detail, viewing its exterior and, for hubs, exploring both the exterior and interior where they plan to charge.

For added convenience, we've included location type indicators on the photos: "Shopping Center," "Gas Station," "Parking," "Hotel," etc.
Please note: In the top right corner of the photo gallery, you'll find "like" and "share" icons. You can like a location, adding it to your saved list, and share the link with family, friends, and fellow EV drivers.

Location Information
The "Location Information" section is now even more informative.

The first line displays the operating hours of the charging station. If the location has variable hours, you can view them in more detail by clicking the appropriate icon on the graph. If you want to find out the closing time of the charging station, you can check it on the location screen.

The second line shows the exact address of the location. By clicking on it, users can immediately open a navigation app to view the station's location on the map and quickly plan a route if needed. The address can also be copied to the clipboard.
The third line provides the contact number for 24/7 customer support or the location's number if it's a hotel, restaurant, etc. By clicking on it, you can quickly reach a representative to clarify any information you need. The phone number can also be copied if necessary.
The fourth line includes a link to more information about the location on the website. This link allows you to see details such as a maintenance schedule or other operational information, helping you plan your route more effectively.
Please note: You can also make support requests through messaging apps. To do this, go to the "Profile" tab, then the "24/7 Support" section. Choose from the available options: Telegram, Viber, Messenger (Facebook), or WhatsApp.
Location Amenities
This section lists the amenities available at the location besides charging, such as "Restroom," "Parking," "Restaurant," and "Car Wash." With this information, EV drivers can not only charge their vehicles but also grab a snack or wash their cars. This feature allows you to plan multiple tasks at one location ahead of time.
An important feature is that users can not only learn about the amenities at the location but also book services with just a few clicks (if available). For example, you can reserve a hotel room or restaurant table, book a parking spot, or schedule a car wash.

Additional Information
This section contains important and useful details about the location and charging station. Here, you'll find detailed descriptions and additional information about the location's surroundings and infrastructure near the charging station. This gives drivers even more valuable data to better plan their routes.
