In these app versions, we have introduced a new fourth tab on the main screen dedicated to active reservations and monitoring sessions. This tab allows you to quickly access all the information about your active reservations and monitoring sessions of charging stations in one place.

Advanced Reservation Technology
Our advanced reservation technology enables users to reserve a charging session on a specific date and time at a particular location. The reservation guarantees that when an EV driver arrives for charging, they will be able to charge their vehicle without any queue or finding the charger occupied.
The process of reserving a charging session is intuitive and can be completed in just a few steps:
Map/Charging Search Window —-> Charger Type —-> Reserve
If you need to change the charging session time, simply click on the "Pencil" icon and enter the new details.
Active Monitoring Feature
The active monitoring feature allows you to track the status of a charging station in real-time. When you initiate monitoring for a charging session, you will receive notifications about the connector status: available/occupied.
"Our team has taken care of your convenience and developed the monitoring function for all European operators available in the app. You just need to select the charging station of your interest and press the 'Monitor' button. If the charging station becomes available or occupied, we will notify you immediately. You can drive without constantly checking the availability of the desired station" – said Lena Artemenko, CPO of GO TO-U.
Similar to the unique reservation technology, using the active monitoring feature is simple and fast:
Location —-> Charger Type —-> Monitor
You can monitor up to 3 stations simultaneously, and the maximum monitoring time for one charging station is 12 hours.
However, these are not the only updates available in versions 5.4 and 5.5. Now, in the GO TO-U app, you can leave feedback after each charging session. You can rate and describe your experience regarding the service quality, charging speed, and other relevant aspects. Your feedback will help other EV drivers obtain additional useful information about charging stations, and it will provide valuable insights for station owners and operators to improve their services.
