Instructions for Deleting Your GO TO-U Account
Method 1: Deletion via Mobile App
To delete your GO TO-U account, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the GO TO-U mobile app on your smartphone.
- Tap the "Profile" tab within the app's menu.
- Hit the "Settings" button and then select the "Delete Account" option.
- To confirm the account deletion, enter your phone number and press the "Delete Account" button again.
Your account will be deleted after we process your request. Note that account deletion is not possible if there are any outstanding payments, active charging sessions, or scheduled charging session reservations.
Method 2: Account Deletion through a Web Form
For deleting your GO TO-U account through a web form, follow these steps:
- Input the phone number you use for app login into the form provided.
- Click the "Send Request" button.
- Await confirmation that your request has been successfully submitted.
- Upon correct data entry, our customer support will reach out to you to confirm the account deletion.

Upon deletion of your account, your personal data will be removed from our database. Nonetheless, as per our Privacy Policy, certain information may be retained for legally justified purposes.
Data necessary for these purposes will be kept for a duration of 3 years or longer if required by law.
